Drawing inspiration from Japanese aesthetics, my 2006 collection seeks beauty in the ephemeral realities of nature. These delicate pieces of momento mori mark the start of my fascination with the 'beautiful ugly' and exploration of the blurring of distinctions between repulsion and seduction.
