Delivery charges are as follows:
UK POSTAGE & PACKING - delivered next day from notification of dispatch - £8 per delivery
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE & PACKING - delivered 3 - 5 working days from notification of dispatch - £20 per delivery
Please note that these charges only include delivery. Non-EU customers will be responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes.
All deliveries are fully insured and require a signature. Please bear this in mind when stating your delivery address. If you are unable to sign for a delivery, a calling card will be left and a new delivery/collection may be re-arranged. Delays to your delivery caused by the delivery companies used are not in our control, however, please let us know of any issues and we will do our best to resolve them.
We aim to dispatch silver stock items within 2 working days of your order. Where pieces are made to order, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery within the UK and 6 - 8 weeks for delivery outside of the UK.
We always endeavour to deliver each piece as soon as possible. For any special requirements, please contact email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Silver stock items, excluding rings, are eligible for refund or exchange provided that they are returned unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
All gold items and rings are made to order and therefore we can only offer to refund or exchange an item if it is deemed faulty. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 14 days of receipt to let us know of the problem.
We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, delivering another item by way of exchange.
The faulty item will need to be returned and will be subject to inspection before we are able to offer an exchange or refund. The item should be returned using a trackable, insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged with your name, delivery address, contact number and email address.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
We will only refund for the costs of postage if the item is seen to have been returned because it is faulty.
All items of Frances Wadsworth Jones jewellery come with a 1 year guarantee and will be repaired free of charge (inclusive of shipping) within this period if damage occurs under normal conditions of wear. We reserve the right to judge the conditions under which the piece has been damaged.
After this period, goods will be repaired and charged on a case by case basis.
